Complete Deck Rebuild
This was a complete Deck rebuild of the 1st floor deck and new decking and railings on the 2nd floor deck. The framing of the 2nd floor deck is cantilevered out from the house framing and was in great shape so we were able to reuse it. Once demo began our New Hampshire remodeling contractor quickly realized that the house had no building wrap or door/window flashing installed when it was constructed.

Farmhouse kitchen remodel
This was a complete gut job of an old farmhouse kitchen which was small, dark and just not very functional. The kitchen included a breakfast nook and separate area with a door to the barn and a stairway to the space above the kitchen. The stairway was no longer needed so we were able to open the area up and reconfigure the kitchen to make better use of the space…
